About Me

I have been working in the mental health field since 2009. I graduated from the University of Santa Barbara with my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and received my Master's of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego in 2012. I am a San Diego native and for much of my career I have worked with underserved and marginalized populations. I am an EMDR trained therapist and specialize in the treatment of anxiety, trauma, depression, self-identity/esteem issues, and stage of life transitions. I focus on offering culturally sensitive services tailored to each of my client’s individual needs. I am also a AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor and enjoy working with developing therapists on defining their identity in the therapy space and on strengthening their counseling skills.

Outside of therapy I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and my dog, Marley. I find it important to nourish all parts of ourselves - mind, body, soul - so, you can often find me reading, exercising, attending concerts, or out in nature.
